Spreadsheet files
DashTool processes uploaded spreadsheets in the browser after the app loads. The hosted app is designed so spreadsheet rows are not uploaded to the application server for formula calculation.
Billing information
Payments are handled by Razorpay. DashTool does not store card, UPI, or banking credentials. Razorpay may collect payment details under its own policies.
Support data
If you contact support, we may receive your email address, message, and Razorpay payment or subscription reference so we can resolve billing or access issues.
